Dispatch and delivery
Stock is held within Australia, so orders move on domestic courier networks rather than clearing an international border. Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are generally packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
A tracking number is issued by email once the consignment is scanned by the carrier. Transit times below are indicative only and reflect the carrier’s own estimates; they are not guarantees, and regional and remote deliveries routinely take longer.
Indicative Transit Times
NSW, VIC, ACT
Metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra typically 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
QLD, SA, TAS
Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart typically 2 to 5 business days. Regional addresses add time.
WA, NT & Remote
Perth, Darwin and remote postcodes typically 3 to 8 business days depending on the network.
Packaging
Lyophilised vials are packed sealed and shielded from light, with rigid protection against impact. Insulation is added where forecast temperatures along the route warrant it. Lyophilised material is considerably more tolerant of ambient transit conditions than reconstituted solution, but it should still be moved into appropriate storage promptly on arrival.
Delivery within Australia only
We ship to Australian delivery addresses only and do not export. Orders must be delivered to an address where a person is able to accept and appropriately store the consignment. We are unable to redirect a consignment once it has been scanned into the carrier network.
Problems with a delivery
If a consignment arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Please retain the packaging until the enquiry is resolved, as carriers frequently require photographs of it.
